I can't stress this enough: STAY AWAY from this place…read more I bought a bed for my daughter there. It was around $1000. Something broke underneath, so we filed a warranty claim. Joe Wall said he was waiting on parts. Months went by. The short of it was that I went in and spoke to Mr. Wall, who was EXTREMELY RUDE. When I became irritated and rude back, he told me to leave the store. He never fixed the bed that was under warranty. I went home and took it apart and found out what was wrong. The wood was the softest wood I'd ever seen, and the screws were tiny. It's a miracle the bed held together the few months that it did. I replaced all the screws with long screws, and some of the wood with REAL wood. With my 3 hours of improvements, the bed has held together now for about 2 years total. It's just not good quality. It's below Wal-Mart pressed wood, imo. I filed a BBB complaint and my letter is on file and online for all to read. I did not file a formal complaint because I know how ineffective the BBB is. However, if you check Google reviews you will see a lady that said this place has 36 complaints about it. She went on to say that the BBB will not even deal with Simon's anymore. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

This time I've done my homework and know that the recliner has to be motorized because I don't have the leg strength required to close most manual recliners. We really didn't like the selection this time around and found the sales woman to be a bit pushy. She's quite willing to order a sofa without us even seeing or sitting on it. Then we started talking prices and I could see all the hidden expenses adding up.
