I think it was well worth it since I probably will never see the flavors of Coke or Pepsi that they have in other countries, unless they decide to release them in the U.S. Few issues I found (which I find in a lot of stores) are half drunk beverage cups with straws just left on shelves, items that are in the wrong aisle, and price labels not under the right product. I tried my best to do what I could with putting certain items where I saw the same of that item, but this is inexcusable. When associates restock shelves, do they ever quality assurance the store? I think it would be a good idea. But since this store had what I was looking for and new things, I will not review too harshly.

We get it every furniture place took a massive hit to production but was informed itd be begining of november. Fine. We need furniture, we got the credit approved through then already so we proceeded all while being told it be here by thanksgiving. Guess what... still not here and its jan 6th of a new year. I called them begining of nov for an order update, and was told at that point 4-6 weeks, were nearing the end of those additional 6 weeks. Called them today before the review and was then inform 9-11 additional weeks. YIKES If yall dont have furniture in stock, why keep selling? Catch up with all the backorder cause this is ridiculous. We contemplated several times cancelling and just ordering from somewhere else, or preferably walking out with furniture and not having to order, but as i stated the credit was ran and already billed to ashley and after the move my credit doesnt need anymore hits right now. Once i get my furniture ill update my stars to include how that itself is. Also noting, its not the stores fault this is regarding Ashley as a whole not anyone or this location specifically. We were looking for a built-in pool, a friend said he bought several pools from Aurora. Said when…read morethere was an issue they took care of it right away, they replaced their liner and the filter was giving them a fit so they Aurora gave them a new filter. Well, that sounded good to me we went looking at pools and I must say they were very helpful, we spend several hours and bought a nice 10 by 20 ft pool which we pretty much built in. Zach was the job supervisor he met with me several weeks before they started the install we blotted out where we wanted the pool. When these guys came to do the install which was done in a day. They dug the hole did what they had to they all worked so well together they didn't even have to talk to one another. I was amazed. Zach has been our go to guy when the concrete folks needed help with putting the scoping on he helped right away. Zach came to close the pool and he did it quickly always explaining. I have no complaints. We like going to the office to buy supplies and I have a Traeger smoker that I buy all of my pellets from Aurora as well. We bought the lights for the interior of the pool and the beautiful fiberglass stairs that are stunning to say the least. Highly recommend them. They are helpful and you feel confident. There are built in pool dealers that take the deposit and leave town. I have seen that all to often. That is the reason we went with Aurora.
