The delivery was very quick and very sufficient. The guys built everything for me in a good timely matter. They picked up all their trash. Everything went great. I am in love with my bedroom set. I was still in the hunt for a couch and I found one that I really liked and I sent a picture to Daniel and I asked him if they carry this one and he said they do so I ordered it. I went back inside and ordered it. My couch got delivered with in the next day. They set it up for me same experience and I got the couch that I really wanted. This place is a joke and a complete scam. the east indian prick who sits at his desk wearing a…read moreshirt two sizes to small so he looks big is the main culprit. we went to buy a couch and was shown a couch for 2500 that was to be built and came with a lifetime warranty. they have you fill out paperwork for the couch and have you sigh paperwork to get you in the system. we chose to finance it through UOWN a company they use as well as SNAP finance so that the entire amount is covered. so you fill out the application and they submit the application to see what you are approved for on the spot as they that way they can see how much they can get you for as they try to sell you extra stuff like more pillows etc. then they talk about delivery and when a good time to deliver it would be. they try to arrange for next day delivery and then you realize "if its being built how is it being delivered next day". then they try to push a couch that they say is the same as the one they sell you on in the store but they can get it to you if you want the same couch but a different color. even offer a small discount to entice you to make a quick decision. even after you tell them no thanks they still push you in that direction. so we said we would think about it and come back the next day to finalize things and then we left. we were there for a couple hours already picking out fabric, comfort level etc. once we left we chose not to go back because of how pushy they are and how they try to get you sold on one thing but try to give you something else. a few days later the prick submitted the paperwork like we were still buying it to the finance companies SNAP and UOWN and they get paid for products sold while you get a bill from both companies and money begins being deducted from your account. now you have to deal with the finance companies and noy them as they tell you its not their problem. we shall see about that. UOWN argues and you owe them or they will make it seem like you are the one who's done something wrong but SNAP takes care of things, at least so far, by cancelling the fraudulent transaction. how can you be charged for something that you don't even have in your possession? your credit gets messed up and if you budget bills and expenses, they will also be thrown off as the finance companies take the money from your account. the prick and his shop get paid, your problem is with the finance companies and you get screwed out of your money and if you don't know how to deal with this you are consequenced by all of them as they work together but no one tells you how to resolve the matter. pretty creative way to cover tracks using SNAP and UOWN. at least SNAP is willing to cancel and reimburse charges as they know what they are doing, you just have to call them out. the other company pretends that its your fault and use your emotions against you by getting you to argue and that way they can say you were irate or whatever they note in their system to suggest you were so unpleasant they had to hang up. make sure your first move is to call your bank and cancel all payments to those two companies as well as the furniture store as they will still try to get you for 250 dollar delivery fee. never go to this place to buy anything. they talk about customers after they leave the store and are rude and disrespectful. if they cant get you into a situation like this they don't want to sell you anything. the same ghost couch in the "warehouse" has probably been sold a hundred times. don't be the next victim. next is going to be informing the BBB and all other governing bodies who should be working hard to eliminate fraudulent businesses like this from existing while making sure people like this do not have the ability to scam other while denying them a business license or something of that magnitude. someone should tell dude that he needs a shirt and pants that fit him not his little brother and if he intends to do shady business what goes around comes around fraudster. you won't be there for long cause fines add up like finance charges. next will be authorities so that place can be dealt with. so many cases waiting to be discovered.

However, after going through a 30 day try out and return for refund from a Big Box mattress retailer in Folsom, I became self-educated. We went to Robert at American Mattress in Jackson and told him our current bed status and need for improvement. We settled on a Serta Motion Signature Adjustable King set with two 'twin ex long" Serta I Series Honoree Super Plush Top mattresses. We were in a spot, because the original return left us with only a Queen to sleep on and my wife's mobility was a factor. So Robert arranged for a loaner bed system for us to use until the new mattress/foundation was delivered within a week. His installation crew was very polite and professional even through delivery days presented bad weather and a long steep driveway. As far as pricing and buying local Robert was very price completive with the big box mattress store from the Valley. Robert was very flexible and patience with us and always exhibited professionalism and patience. Slight Nutural feedback: There web site could use more end user information about 'industry jargon" and a "definition glossary" with visual examples of what the "vast matress"size configurations are. Their names, dimensions and visually what they look like.

After we set up financing, Rick set up delivery for Sunday, five days away. He told us the delivery people would call the day before. That day came and they said it was on order and maybe Tuesday? Monday came and they called and said maybe Thursday? Well, at first Rick said they were waiting for the frame, then a female sales lady said they were waiting for the mattress? It was so frustrating, I couldn't get a definite answer? After waiting patiently for almost two weeks, we had enough! We told them to forget the sale and we cancelled! We actually found an even better bed thru Amazon! Yeah it was disappointing experience, and we really would've been happy to support this franchise. But it felt as if they just wanted the quick sale and didn't want to be truthful in fear that we would just go somewhere else and we did. Now I'm having to warn others and to shop around.

It took some time as I was torn between 3 different models/types. Adam was patient and educational - and didn't push one product or price over another. We need to buy two new complete mattress sets for two different homes. One of the things that I love about Mancini's is that they have locations all over Northern California! It was easy to shop at the Roseville location since it's in our backyard, and even easier when we purchased both sets because they happily deliver all over, and what's better than that?! No need to go to other stores. Pretty much one stop shopping. There are different mattress stores throughout the Sacramento region, and for that matter through Northern California, but Mancini's carries the largest variety of mattresses in the marketplace. From your basic all the way up to high end. The first purchase was easy, Peezy, lemon squeezy, because we definitely knew what we were in the market for, and it was going to be delivered to an empty home. So no worries about having to move or just anything. The mattress was delivered, and everything went as planned. Literally from purchase to delivery. The delivery guys showed up on time, they were careful about walls and fixtures, and cleaned up the plastic cardboard that the mattress and foundation were protected with. The second delivery was much more complicated, but inevitably with some patience, understanding, and trusting the process, we had the perfect foundation and mattress delivered. These delivery guys were not quite as careful, but they did a great job of removing the old set, graciously taking it, while replacing it with the new foundation and mattress. If you're in the market for a new mattress, or a new mattress and foundation, I would absolutely recommend checking out Mancini's in Roseville! You can spend some time looking at the various mattresses, sitting or kicking your feet up to see which one feels the best. They do frequently have sales, with a couple of big sales during the year, which absolutely makes it more affordable. The other mattress stores might be good, but Mancini's is great!

This was an unsuccessful use of time…read more It took me three weeks to find time to come stop by as my family has bought furniture from them many times. I came in before 4:30pm with plenty of time to shop- except at 4:50pm I was told they were closing at 5. I mentioned that I made a special trip to come by and online it says 6pm? I was told I would probably have to come back. The more frustrating part is that I mentioned my family had shopped with them before. As I was leaving she asked how I heard about them? Initially I mentioned I would be interested in green/blue/purple colors or neutrals like black/grey/brown/camel. She asked 15 minutes later what colors I would be interested in. I left with photos of two leathers in colors that would be an option. Crickets. No follow up call or e-mail with other options or suggestions. I need other furniture for other rooms and will go elsewhere for everything. FYI you cannot take delivery of items at the Rocklin store. You can pay for delivery or go to West Sac for pickup.

My company uses this place to for all of our office furnishings. So.....with that said, I have a…read morechair that had started to break. My company would not replace it, instead, asked that I look for a used one. Well, that will never work! I contacted Jacobs and asked him about repairs. They informed to turn the chair over and read them the serial number. Now what company actually keeps serial numbers, that is usually for the consumer to keep track of. So I read off the number and bingo, guess what? The chair was still under warranty after 10 long hard years of service. Now this is no ordinary chair, this is a high back luxury office char with more reclining options than my vehicle has. I drove the chair to Jacobs and dropped it off. About a week later I get a call from Jacobs. They informed me the chair was not fixed. When I arrived to pick it up, not only did they fix the problem, they basically rebuilt the entire chairs. Cheers to Jacobs for a job well done !!!!!!
