My elderly frail mother is on oxygen 24/7. She has to use portable oxygen to get to her doctor's appointments, radiation, and chemotherapy. She uses up her oxygen supplies quickly. I have to call them every month for refills and when I do, I am put on hold forever. Many times after a 30- 60 minute wait, someone will answer but then hang up! So, I have to call them back only to wait the same time again. Last week when I ordered her supplies, they were supposed to arrive that Thursday. The supplies were never delivered. Back on the phone to call and find out why the oxygen wasn't delivered and ask for it to be delivered ASAP. That call when as expected; it took 35 minutes to get through to be hung up on. I called back, and this time it was a 51-minute wait. Finally got through to find out they changed my mother's address back to a place she hasn't lived in for over 7 years! To get that fixed, it took over an hour! Supposedly she will get her oxygen this week. Please go with a different company! We are changing companies for sure!!!

I didn't see any on the shelf so i tried to get the attention of the middle age lady behind the desk , but she was toooo busy crabbing at the the pizza delivery guy over the absences of the Angus burger from her pizza. I waited 15-20 mins and watched the pizza guy take a personal pan directly to the face. After pizzitnam finally ended she blurted out "I'm on my F*cking lunch break for another 5 mins!!" It was at that time I decided I could find a better pair of adult diapers in the dumpster next door.

It cost $165 and when I asked the pharmacist if it was OK for the pump, he said yes. When I contacted my endocrinologist, her initial response was no, no, no,! As this is a long acting insulin and does not work in a pump & she rarely uses it. I was out $165 without having my problem resolved. Be very wary of this pharmacy. Fortunately, my endocrinologist was able to call in a prescription to CVS. On my way to get it picked up. At least I will have the right prescription and hopefully not having to pay another hundred plus dollars to get it filled. As a follow up to my post I went the next day and the pharmacist saw the mistake in the insulin. I could not have been more pleased of his understanding & his rectifying of the situation. It reaffirmed my belief in humanity. We are all allowed to make mistakes. The Important things is to be able to acknowledge & rectify the mistake. Maybe I was too hasty in posting my initial response.
