I could find no relief in Bar Harbor and called Dr. Albert's office. They said come by and they would see what they could do. Although they appeared to be busy when I showed up they immediately knew who I was and said "Sit down and relax and we will take a look". I had only a few minutes to "relax" before they fixed my glasses but during that time I looked around. My impression was that this office was very well organised/run and the ladies that helped me were courteous and obviously competent. Also, there was a large display area for frames, etc. so that patients would have a big selection to choose from. To top if off they would not accept any payment. It was a simple transaction yet not at all a common one in this era, where nothing is made to last and the customer is frequently left to fend for him/herself. When I'm due for a new pair of eyewear (soon), I'll be back there because I value this connection and value the expertise of Mr. Pierson. As with everything, there's always a cheaper price and infinite selection to be found elsewhere. But due to this experience, in part, finding the absolute cheapest set of frames is way down my list of buying priorities. Now I want nothing more than to take my prescription in and let Mr. Pierson handle the rest - because his brand of professionalism is precisely what goes missing when national chains march in and undercut and put out of business local stores. I'm finally drawing the line in the sand - and I feel great about it.

Well I took out the battery and after a short while I put it back. And that fixed the problem. That was in Jan. Well three weeks ago the battery trick would t work so the folks at the store reset to factory and it was charging. For about three days. So I took it back and it was still under warranty so I chose to use the warranty. Well it's been a week and a half. No new hot spot yet, no reliable internet for three weeks. So will I have to pay the $83 dollars or lose my whole service? I have ordered things from cell phone online and it's never taken over a week to come back n the mail. When the new hotspot comes I will update this review.

I love this Old Navy! It's a huge, beautiful store with a ton of selection. The lines are never unbearable at this store because the cashiers are efficient but they're friendly too! I really appreciate that there's always staff around but they're not pushy. They also have worked really hard to keep this store clean during the pandemic. My one complaint, and this is not Old Navy's fault, is that, without fail, there is at least one guest that doesn't understand proper mask wearing procedure. It's not difficult! It does make me more hesitant to shop in store. Luckily, their curbside option is great! And then I don't have to go in and get germs from rude people! If you're in Bangor, be sure to pop in!
