The bills do not match up with the hours they work, they inform you that you need work that you do not need, and charge exorbitant fees. They have a complete inability to explain their discrepancies...other than...he was tired and didn't write down the hours right. Ah no...how about he was drunk on a Friday and just tried to rip me off. I had a real, professional plumber fix what he couldn't at a fraction of the cost...payed him for the actual hours he worked and disputed the rest. After 5 years they still hadn't rectified it - this after 4 on site visits and re-measurements and countless excuses blaming supply from the United States, shipping hold ups, Covid and changeover of staff and many unanswered phone messages, emails and written letters. I ended up moving for other reasons so god knows what happened with the new owners. Go elsewhere for your windows and doors!

I had left overs that amounted to approximately $500.00 in excess and they would take no responsibility for the over estimate and no credit or apology was given. The estimator said just keep the wood ( whish I have no use for) or they would pick it up but no credit. UNACCEPTABLE
