We were in the store a minimum amount of time and everything is purchased, financed and we are out the door with first delivery in three days and the bed comes in about 10 days. Made several phone calls and got the runaround about warranty, store said its not on them, Peak Living said yes it had to go thru store. Once store agreed to replace i was told "base only, no cushions"... um no we paid for a whole sofa you will replace with a whole sofa. It took a month and my 1st not great review - before someone higher up at AF contacted my husband and said they were replacing it cushions and all. So... they bring replacement. I checked all cushions which definitely seemed brand new this time. Here's the reason for this review.... Tell me why, a month or so later - we have THE EXACT SAME ISSUES W THE REPLACEMENT?! Same sinking cushions in same spots, same creeking, same sounds in same spot like its coming apart! At this point we just want refunded our $1500 so we can go find a better sofa because at this point its either furniture that is being stacked wrong and damaged during shipping/delivery, or its shotty craftsmanship of the sofa to start with.

Opened the freezer and the stuff in the door was cold but not frozen. Back to grove ! Found a great French door unit and had them deliver it. In a couple days the delivery guys were here. They were great ! Took the old doors off the dead one and had it loaded in no time. Brought the new one in and set it up and showed me all the features! We had ice in couple hours. The parts were ordered by the technician but I didn't know what they were, I wasn't told. The parts I found out later were being delivered to my house. So I didn't know what to expect or inspect to see if they were ok. I would've thought the service department at Grove Appliance would've handled it all. Then there were all the texts from 3rd party vender,then Grove Appliance, then a survey, then another survey. Things did not have to be that complicated. Really THEY DON'T. So to sum it up. He has the Ease bed himself and said it's been a game changer for his back, which was injured in a car accident. Bill, the manager of the store, and Mike answered all my questions. I was able to set up delivery on the day of my choice, two days later. I asked if the delivery people would wear shoe protectors when they came in the house. Bill, the store manager, passed this information along to the delivery team and they were more than happy to accommodate me. This is the kind of thoughtful, personalized service you don't get anymore! Bruce called me the morning of delivery and said I was the second on the truck.
