I have used their service for a year. The 1st payment was paid by debit card. Then I noticed they took the payment and another charge came up for over $1,000. My girlfriend had to bring this to their attention. They issued a credit. We do not have an irrigation system so service is only supposed to be done before a rainfall. All was going well until Junior (Real name) became our technician. My girlfriend went out and asked if rain was in the forecast and he started arguing and being condescending to her. She spoke to the Sales Manager and the owner who assured her this was unlike Junior. Everyone has a bad day. Today I was home to witness how rude and condescending Junior was. Now we have to use a sprinkler with a hose so it will not destroy the yard. Do not use this company. read more

AssureGreen has treated our yard for 2.5 years! We had a big problem with chinch bugs and AssureGreen was called continuously to fight the bugs! Our yard resisted the treatments! A supervisor named Jason came out to see the damage and worked with us until he realized they did everything they were suppose to do and we did everything we were suppose to do! Jason replaced our most damaged yard with new sod! Jason was great and AssureGreen backed up their service! I highly recommend them ! read more

I hired them because my neighbor was hiring them. They destroyed my lawn and Josh made promises he didnt keep then said we put chemicals and burnt our own lawn,,, What a hack. Just had to put down sod were chinch bugs destroyed my lawn.... I thought maybe it was a bad employee that made a mistake but then realized it was horrible ownership..... Rest Assured: no more Assure Green on my property! We contracted Assure Green with a yearly pre-paid agreement which we had to cancel for poor service. Due to wrong analysis and consequent wrong treatments we were forced to replace some of our lawn with new sod patches. This was done on my expense of several hundred dollars by another provider. Seems like no one in this group (manager Josh included) knows enough about the "greens" they are supposed to treat. Plain crabgrass is left to flourish, strong weeds are not treated with the proper weed killing product, etc.. No more... read more

I have been using AssureGreen for a year and a half now. I hired them in January 2021 to fix what a big-name company did to my lawn and landscaping. My yard and landscaping has never looked better since they took over! I did lose one of my palm trees due to the prior neglect but the rest were saved. I love how I am told of any problems and the measures they will take to fix the problem. I highly recommend this company! read more

Beware! After being a paying customer for a year this is what my lawn looks like. There is no fixing it, will cost me $1,300.00 to have my sod replaced. Am not happy with the service I've received. Policy is they will give you free follow ups when you have issues ... the problem is , they don't always show up !! I've also asked for call ahead so we can unlock the fence to backyard... only half the time it's happened. I decided to research other competitors . read more

Watch out for Assure Green! I had looked forward to having a new company take care of my yard. Had a franchised company before I decided on Assure Green. Wow, did I make a huge mistake. After 1 year when I felt my yard was coming back it took a distinct turn for the worst. Not only did they kill my entire yard with fertilizer 'burn', but failed to take any responsibility whatsoever. When it began turning yellowish-brown because of drought, they just kept on fertilizing it and reporting on their employee cards, 'this should green it up'. They fertilized 5 times in the last year of treatment after turning yellow and when I cancelld their services, my yard was completely dead. I had to resod my entire yard to the cost of $2,000. But they do not take any responsibility, it is their customer's fault. They blamed it on on their customer for not irrigating enough. However, as yard treatment 'professionals' and I use that word loosely, it was up to them to let me know the fertilization was too much for a drought-stressed yard. Instead, the 'mixed' grasses were blamed and the lack of irrigation. They (after being cancelledl) did a moisture reading that should have been done 10 months prior when the employee reports were 'this should green it up (fertilization). Just the opposite, the 'fertilization' was killing the grass. This company will not take any responsibility if they screw up. Stay away from Assure Green, save your money, and the anguish of trying to deal with them. FInd a company with integrity, one that will back up their claims to treathe customer fairly.. read more

Where do I begin. This company does NOT deserve any stars. This company has completely killed my lawn in a matter of weeks. We decided we would try a new company....so much for that BACKFIRE!!!! I went from having one of the nicest yards in my neighborhood to now having to replace my ENTIRE yard. My yard looks the WORST it has ever looked. No one at this company will take any responsibility for anything. From the moment we had our lawn "treated" we noticed it immediately turning yellow/brown and could see the exact locations the spray had been applied in a zig-zag manor (killing everything around it). We called the office and no one returned our call. We were then told "we can get out there in 2 weeks" (didn't happen) We called again and we were asked to send an email, in which we did and that was "never received" by them. After the 3rd call while we were on vacation, they stated the email went into the junk folder and they still were not offering any further assistance to fix the problem they caused to my yard. Just offer to "treat" it again for no cost. They came out and said the problem was web worms and that they could not control that.....Then, they said the problem was "traffic" and that "it will come back". The funny thing is that there is a CLEAR LINE between both of my neighbors properties that shows a clear spray patter. The icing on the cake is that Heather had been very receptive and was easy to work with. Jason acted like a complete jerk and called me to fight. I had already moved along. I understand that people make mistakes. Jason has a hot head and is very condescending. In full transparency, their refund is backed by them having someone from the county come test your yard to prove they did nothing wrong....not the fact your yard is dead. We recently had landscape curbing put in and they claim the traffic killed the yard. I agree that did add to some areas...It does not explain the clear lines of dead lawn between me and my neighbors or the areas that are 100 ft away from any areas of curbing. I am MORE than willing to pay for a service, but to pay to have a service kill my lawn is not acceptable. The weeds I now have in my yard are actually greener than my grass. PSA- Do yourself a favor and stay FAR way from this company. We went from one of the nicest yards in the area to getting letters from our HOA. Jason knows his business I'm sure...He is not willing to admit that people make mistakes. Very sad....I hope he is proud of himself and his company. Who knows?
