I was told the front yard would get started in 4 to 6 weeks, which means as early as mid-March of 2022. After several calls and texts over the past 3+ months, I'm STILL WAITING on my front yard to be completed. Every time I ask for an update, excuses are given and completion dates are never provided. In early May I requested a refund of my deposit. James immediately replied and got his crew out there within days to do the demo / removal of old landscaping on a Tuesday. He told me everything would be installed by that Saturday. Two plus weeks later I am still waiting, but now my yard is in poor shape with everything torn out. I've been giving James the benefit of the doubt over the past 3 months until I recently read a review on Yelp from Dawn S.
