Do not go here. The staff are not friendly staff, the manager is rude, and the people who own the place are also extremely rude. So sad!

Girls at front counter, Sarah and another no name were snarky and rude. Example, questioned my buying their product, knocked at my locked door during session to tell me that I needed to let them know each time I entered a new session in which I had already told them at front desk, took my blouse from me and worse... followed me out the front door to my car accusing me of entering a clients room! read more

This is my favorite place to go for relaxation/health benefits. They also have tanning, but that isn't a priority for me, but a nice perk. I have visited the Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene locations and they do not compare. This location in Hayden is big and quiet, it's always clean and doesn't smell like tanning lotion in every room. I cannot say the same about the other locations. I really enjoyed the Customer Service at this location. It has raised my expectations and it's very noticeable when visiting the other locations. Really appreciate Customer Service by Siobhan and Vincent. Always very respectful and kind customer service. My favorite Services are the . Sauna cocoon pod Hydro massage bed Float room Beauty Angel light therapy Massage chair And if I tan The hybrid and the high pressure bed. I only have 3 complaints about this place and that's saying a lot. So here's the cons list. 1. Everybody's first go to pricing, I had a membership where I could utilize everything and that's great, but I'd rather only pay for what I'm actually wanting to use. If the company offered a membership that allowed me to pick my top 4 Services for example at Half of the price that they want me to pay now, which is about $140 a month then I might be able to rationalize keeping it year round for the health benefits. 2. The parking lot it is very difficult to get IN or OUT of at the Hayden location, and if there's traffic, good luck! If they would only add an entrance off the 95 or even through the back, it would be a solution to this difficulty. 3. The float room floor! The floor is not graded correctly so when you rinse off before or after the float water crawls over the majority of the floor. This is especially irritating after doing a long float session and stepping out into an ice cold puddle of water. The Floor needs to be ripped up graded correctly towards the drain to solve this issue. I also have a concern about mold growing, if not corrected because the water breaches the wall. Pros: 1. This location is clean and does not smell like pizza like the Coeur d'Alene location, or like tanning lotion like the post fall location. If air quality is important to you and strong smells keep you from relaxing then this is your location. 2. The staff/ customer service I have experienced has been excellent never makes me feel uncomfortable. It has been an enjoyable, relaxing visit nearly every time. I can not say the same about the other two locations. This place feels like my getaway and I have never found that in a spa/tanning environment. I really wish the other locations would use the Hayden location as a Model for their improvement. 3. The variety of service. Very happy with my favorite sauna cocoon pod, it can be difficult to find them elsewhere. Only wish they would include fitness straps that come with the machine so you can work out and up your sweating. But it's very cool how they have so many Services. 4. I almost never have to wait, I love being able to go in when I have a free hour or two and utilize the service that I am looking for. 5. The ventilation system, if you go in there and look up it at the ceiling, you'll notice that there isn't old white water damaged square paneling everywhere. It's High vaulted ceilings with insulated ductwork and big vent systems. This is super important to me as I am allergic to mold and very sensitive to light and smell. It always smells clean, not stuffy and the lights are usually not too bright. I've never been to a spa/tanning environment that didn't smell like product constantly. This is my favorite thing about this place!, Because if this wasn't the situation, I would not be able to frequently visit. 6. This place is quiet again I visited the other two locations, they were busy and loud. I couldn't even relax with so many conversations going on and listening to the door ring every time someone comes through it. 7. Outside of my three cons, this place is Zen ‍ read more

An employee named Destiny often works alone in the Hayden location and book's appointments for friends during already booked times. She blamed the online booking system or another employee who booked on a paper sheet in house. A woman with a child was sitting in the lobby spending time with Destiny twice when this happened to me. Today when I walked in she asked which of the two services I booked did I want to do first. When I finished the first one she said I didn't have two appointments and that the person in the room had an appointment at 9:40 (which isn't an option I'm the online booking) and was booked for 30 minutes. read more

I have had a membership for a hot minute at slick Rock And I pay a lot of money I feel to have a membership that I have very little time to use but today I felt like I got the best customer service and the most knowledge and education by the girl who helped me wish I for her name because she knows her stuff and she really treated my guest and me with super customer service ! BECAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!! First they breeze through the explanation of the services and ramble off a ton of info, and get your card on file. Over charge for services and their lotions are beyond expensive!! Then when you go in to cancel, they convince you to just "Freeze" your account for a little 5 dollar a month fee. But, what they don't tell you is that when you first enrolled, if you move your account to Freeze, they will still charge you an "annual" Fee. Furthermore, they Don't EVER tell you that, except at the very beginning of a lengthy contract. And they never go over that contract with you section by section. Then when you do freeze, they don't bother to remind you of that fee. Then if you want further actual customer service FORGET ABOUT IT!! The phone calls go to another location and they tell you to go to the store. The store tells you that you have to call the phone number. The store also tells you a manager will call you and they never do. The people on the phone calls don't give a crap about their customers and the girls at these locations don't either. Obviously the managers won't give you the time of day. Not worth the money or the very non caring staff or admin. Don't do it and I will never recommend this company. Very poor way to do business. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER go to that place. They belong in California, NOT IDAHO!!! read more

I agree that there are a lot of nice tanning beds and a great variety. However, extremely unaffordable with ridiculous wait times. There's usually one or two customers waiting with one person working and the process to sign in a person is not quick. There is also this weird policy that after you tan you agree to get out of the tanning room quickly... making one feel rushed after all that waiting no less. Even if I wanted to spend that much money to tan, the long wait isn't worth it. There are other places to go that are much better. read more
