I requested a refund of my $140 and they said someone would call me. 4 days past and I had to call back before someone finally called me. They refused to refund my purchase and said that the face bulbs were on order and would arrive in 7-10 days and I should just scoot down and use the bed bulbs. Clearly they do not upkeep the beds as needed to charge those kinds of fees. This is very disappointing in the way they run their business. Do not waste your money! Find a salon that has good customer service and quality service and equipment!

My phone went to voicemail and the voicemail left said my appt was canceled bc the "girl that was scheduled to do my lashes had a family emergency."
