I had used this window company at least a half dozen times before this incident, but I will never…read moreuse them again. I am a builder and I build custom homes and have used this company to clean my windows after the completion of a new project. I scheduled the appointment a week in advance because my home was about to be listed for sale. The crew arrived more than an hour late with only two people and then had to immediately leave and return 3 hours later with additional workers. Mind you I had told them how many windows they were and they have already cleaned this Home two previous times, but fine. They eventually cleaned the windows using the wrong water tank. Instead of soft water, they used an empty tank with hard water, leaving spotting across every window in my home. The company acknowledged the mistake and promised to correct it. They returned two days later, after several phone calls, but completed only about 25%. The weekend passed, and although an employee called the following Monday to say they had not forgotten about me, another full day went by without anyone actually scheduling the remaining work. At this point, a week has passed since the original appointment. I texted the company and asked for a refund for the unfinished portion of the job. I also asked them not to continue calling me. Between arriving late, initially sending an insufficient crew, damaging the appearance of every window with hard-water spotting, and now requiring what would have been a third visit to complete one job, I could no longer wait, especially with the house about to go on the market. What happened next was the most disturbing part. Rather than having the owner contact me, apologize, and issue a refund, the company had the employee call and text me, saying the mistake was "on him" and that he would be fired if I did not allow him to return and finish the work. I ultimately told the employee to keep the money because I was not going to participate in an owner placing that kind of pressure on an employee over a legitimate mistake. Mistakes happen. Using the wrong tank happens, but it could have been resolved my prioritizing mistakes and making them right. Failing to prioritize the correction, and then making the employee's job contingent upon my allowing yet another visit, was completely unacceptable. After being a repeat customer for years, I will never use this company again.

He had three appointments ahead of mine that ended up taking longer than expected, but he proactively let me know he was running behind. I really appreciated the communication. He still arrived within the updated time frame he promised. Jake cleaned our 16 solar panels in about 30 minutes, took before-and-after photos, and cleaned up the area when he was finished. The whole process took less than 45 minutes. The job was fast, but definitely not rushed--the panels looked great. The results were immediate. Our solar production increased from 2.6 kWh to 4.2 kWh, a 60%+ improvement just from having the panels cleaned. Before the cleaning, we were only producing around 3.5 kWh during peak hours, and the post-cleaning reading of 4.2 kWh was taken in the morning. The two-man crew arrived on time, was friendly and professional, took great care while working inside the house, and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. The windows looked dramatically better afterward. What impressed me most was their honesty. A few of the older double-pane windows have failed seals, and they explained that no amount of cleaning could remove the cloudiness between the panes. They also found that several of the old window screens had deteriorated to the point where they couldn't be safely reinstalled and took the time to explain why. There was also a small misunderstanding about what I meant by the patio cover when we scheduled the job. Once they saw it, they actually offered to remove the extra charge because it wasn't what they had expected. Since they still took the time to clean it as best they could, I asked them to leave the charge on the invoice. From scheduling through completion, communication was excellent. I really appreciate businesses that do quality work, communicate honestly, and treat customers fairly. I'd definitely hire them again.
