We are just moving into our new home and man.... Those windows were DIRTY!! Alex had just recently cleaned the windows of my employer and he was raving about how great his windows looked. I asked him for who he used for window cleaning and he gave me Alex's information. Alex was quick to respond to my inquiry, filling out a detailed form to get an approximate quote. Not only did Alex respond to my inquiry when I was unsure about my window types (still learning), but he met up with me a few days before to look at the windows and give me a more accurate quote price, which I found very honest, so I was not surprised by any upon the day of cleaning! Alex arrived on time and was ready to go. He began right away and started on the work (windows, screens, and all). He was extremely thorough in his work cleaning the inside, outside, and even doing all the fine tuning at the end. He inspected his work each step of the way and if he didn't feel like it was up to par he went back and did it again. These windows were FILTHY they seemed like they had never been professionally cleaned in the last 15 or so years. He took the time and care to do each one. Alex began at 9 AM and was done around 1 PM. This included older larger windows as I stated and about 13-15 windows in total. We have hard water and sprinklers that over sprayed onto some bedroom windows for years. Since it's been fixed I figured we'd have them cleaned. I tried to do it myself but after an hour of scrubbing, I found Alex. My wife's thankful Alex washed the high windows too bc she doesn't want me on a ladder. The windows look great inside and out. Alex Cordell of Cordell Window Cleaning has been cleaning our windows for several years now. He has us on a schedule and now we are going to go quarterly. Two times a year for inside/outside; two times for outside only. We have a large single story house with lots of windows. Inside there are shutters which must be a pain to clean around.
