This morning, I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment with Ricky. I arrived on time and waited approximately 40-45 minutes, but he never showed up before I ultimately decided to leave. I understand that delays can happen occasionally, but repeated long waits for scheduled appointments show a lack of respect for customers' time. If appointments are being offered, they should be honored reasonably close to the scheduled time, or customers should at least be notified of significant delays. Unfortunately, after multiple experiences like this, I can no longer justify spending my time here.
