There seemed to be a steady stream of people getting their hair cut. The only thing I would do next time (especially if you don't go there often) is bring a picture(s) of what haircut you want. There was a difference of interpretation in short hair. For me, my hair was cut shorter than what I wanted (no fault of anyone, maybe mine because i suck at explaining). Now my hair is short enough that it sticks up easily when I want it down and now my forehead got exposed more turning it into a sixhead. My other hair stylist (separate place but no longer in business) was able to identify these things on day one. On several occasions, I arrived on time for appointments that I had booked in advance, only to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour and a half before being seen. This morning, I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment with Ricky. I arrived on time and waited approximately 40-45 minutes, but he never showed up before I ultimately decided to leave. I understand that delays can happen occasionally, but repeated long waits for scheduled appointments show a lack of respect for customers' time. If appointments are being offered, they should be honored reasonably close to the scheduled time, or customers should at least be notified of significant delays. Unfortunately, after multiple experiences like this, I can no longer justify spending my time here.
