Despite that, she was taken directly onto the road in the rain, the instructor was unpleasant and critical rather than supportive. She even claimed I had said my daughter had prior experience- which is completely untrue. The car smelled strongly of cigarettes (both windows open in the rain to air it out), and the overall tone was unprofessional from the start. My daughter came home in tears, and the company did not offer anything other than lip-service when I raised the issue. I would strongly recommend finding another driving school, especially for first-time drivers. It was a an absolute fiasco.

He asked me to turn down the mirror towards the rear wheel during practice but when I turned it back to face the road while driving towards to MVC exam, he gave me a horrible attitude and for some reason was upset that I put the mirror back so I can drive safely. Thank you for heightening my anxiety right before the exam. Also gave a sour attitude afterwards when he drove us back from the exam, sped and cut off other cars with no blinkers on. She was very anxious about getting behind the wheel, but gained some good confidence after the lessons. Ahmed was very flexible and punctual to every appointment. To give my daughter some extra confidence before her road test (also wanted to maintain my blood pressure), purchased another 6 hours along with the road test package. Now, I understand that I can't expect someone to be available 24/7 to answer a text, but after three days of no response after day one, I gave up and tried another driving school, where I was able to IMMEDIATELY reach someone by phone and schedule their services.
