This shop is a nice, feel right at home "small town" store. I definitely recommend you checking it out and making it a regular part of your clothes shopping and/or selling adventures! He sniffed me quite a bit which is expected I as I have two puppies. But then things turned south when he nipped my leg thankfully it wasn't bad no real harm done. I did cry out "ouch" when it happened as I was quite shocked and the shop keeper was close by but either didn't notice or care. I wouldn't be letting the dog roam if he's going to mop people. Obviously I'm fine but in the wrong situation this could be a major problem. Don't think I will be coming back not sure I'm willing to risk it.

I went here with my cousin because she wanted some old, thick pieces of wood for shelving, but wanted something with character. They had such a cool selection! Outside they were even slicing a huge old tree into rows that could be used for shelves/projects - they even still had the bark on them. They have tons of claw feet for tubs, balusters, stained glass... really anything imaginable from an older home. This isn't a cheap place to find home furnishings, but it is definitely worth the price for the quality/rarity.

Elmer will tell you that everything is for sale but every time i found something really unique, he changed his mind. He will remind you that he has been in the business for over 40 years, and he is real easy to deal with on prices. Five dollars seems to be his favorite price. It is best to be there when other customers are around, otherwise he will follow behind you which can be annoying. It is worth a visit just to get to know Elmer. My wife found this awesome little hobby shop last night while hanging out with a couple of friends, and when she came home and told me about it, we ended up going back together the next day. I'm into all things nerdy, especially anime and GUNPLA, so I grabbed an SD model kit and a Thousand Sunny Bandai kit from One Piece. They've also got individual actual Pokémon, One Piece, Magic decks, and individual cards in binders for sale (at least for Pokémon, I'm unsure of the other cards games.) They had some Anime models, Manga, a bunch of stickers, different types of dice (for tabletop gaming), plushies, some older video game stuff, and I think there were Warhammer model kits. It's a small local shop, so prices are a little bit higher than what you'd see at big box stores. BUT you're supporting a local business, and that's always really worth it. There are some game rooms in the back where people can play tabletop stuff like board games or Dungeons & Dragons. They've got a bathroom (I didn't check it out), plus a little section with snacks and sodas to indulge if you get hungry while you're there playing. Big shoutout to the guy behind the counter. He was super cool to my wife and her friends last night, and even more so when we came back today. I watched him today helping other customers too. My only guess is they saw that the secondary market exploded and the price doubled so they cancelled my order so they can sell it for more at inflated prices. While not illegal or against the rules, it's horrible customer service and degrades trust.
