She agreed to edit/revise that legal brief and return it to me by the end of October 2021. Instead of editing the brief per our agreement, she instead did $100 of research I did not request or consent to, then she did NOT edit/revise the brief and return it to me as agreed. I texted and phoned countless times and she did not respond to texts or phone messages. When I suggested I could file a complaint with the ARDC, she stated "I'm not afraid of the ARDC." That says it all. My fiance is an earwitness to every single phone conversation I had with Nancy Alamia regarding this agreement/brief. Nancy Alamia clearly feels privileged and entitled to skirt the governing authority of the ARDC. She obviously feels she is above the law. At this point she has stolen $400 of my money and violated our original agreement and I have all the irrefutable material evidence to prove it. She never did what she agreed to do. Nancy J. Alamia is a fraud and a crook, and she should be disbarred. Period.

If you want an attorney to represent you, look elsewhere.
