The pilot instructor pulled out my power (made the airplane engine go to idle at about 3,000 feet altitude) and asked me what I would do if there was a real emergency. Looking out of the windows, I easily spotted the airport and started to trim the aircraft for unpowered flight (etc.) but was surprised just how small the runway below was, both in width and length! 50 feet wide and 2300 feet in length. ACI Jet was very thoughtful and gave my wife a rose for Mother's Day, what a great touch. I used this time while I was flight planning to explore the FBO. Men's bathroom stalls have floor to ceiling doors, wow. Lots of snacks and premium coffee is available. We liked their ice cream the best, what a delectable treat. SLO /Pismo Beach would always be a great family getaway. Know I know that ACI Jet will be there to pamper us and give top-service.

There was a note on the door to call customer service, no other details. I called customer service, a rep answered, & then I was on hold for more than 30 minutes and the person never came back on the line. Finally, 45 minutes after we get there, the lady strolls in and barely says a word, asking for my last name. After pressing her about why there was a wait, we went back and forth for 20 minutes where she tells me she didn't have a car available for us, then when one was returned, she left DURING business hours to go have it cleaned and washed. My issue with this: Susie the rep chose not to leave us a voicemail so we had no idea what was going for the almost hour we were waiting in the hotel lobby. The note also left no phone# to contact other than customer service, which was useless. Susie implied that the situation was our fault because she called and no one answered, which I absolutely did not appreciate, and barely apologized for the mess, nor did she offer any kind of discount or reparation for the massive inconvenience. If we hadn't wasted so much time there & weren't exhausted after traveling, I would have gone any place else and not wasted my money here. To say I'm disappointed is a massive understatement- bad experience and bad customer service!

We were returning to the states from a 6 month sabbatical, relocating to the Central Coast area and needed a place to stay while house hunting. From the beginning, the property manager Leslie was very responsive and very accommodating. We had a few requests, which included having the grandparents visiting with their dog for a few weeks and Leslie was very accommodating to all our needs. The property was perfect for our stay. It had just the right amount of room and space, the backyard was perfect to accommodate the dog, and had all the supplies and amenities we needed. This venue is very family oriented, with lots of outdoor activities surrounding the area that seem to take just about 20 min driving distance to get to (Morro Bay, Montana de Oro state park/beach, hiking trails, San Luis Obispo). This property is located centrally in Los Osos in walking distance to a couple markets, a couple restaurants (including an alehouse that has live music), a playground, pickleball/tennis courts, library, skate park, and basketball courts. Our kids loved walking over to the old closed down school a block away and playing in the field. We went on wonderful walks around the friendly neighborhood and took in the amazing views of Morro Bay. We had a magnificent view of Morro Bay Rock from our dining room window. And we could see the playground and school grounds from our living room window. Leslie made sure to check in with me here and there to see how our stay was going, and again was very responsive if I had any questions or needs. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend this property and management company to anyone wanting to stay in the Central Coast area.
