Upstairs they replaced the entire floor with a stain resistant (3 small kids!) white patterned carpet. Jim, the owner of Melbourne Flooring personally oversaw the entire project and even worked all day by himself in Sunday because he wanted to give his crew time off, but not lose momentum on the project. I contacted Yor-Ash in Aug. to give me an estimate on two custome counter tops for my business, after meeting with Georgie and giving him ALL the information on how me and my 70 yr. old wife wanted our counter tops built he chose to build them the way he wanted to before contacting us first to make sure that was the (exact way that we discussed) ,so now i'm stuck with something that is not what i orderd and not finished.. in our shop, the counter tops are damanged , staind and dirty and not fully completed still !. all of this was from Aug. to Oct. We also spoke about doing a chair rail and bead board on the walls in our shop, however i did manage to get that money back after two weeks of calling him and contacting his wife, he still has not made any apologies for the workmanship of the desks and fefuses to refund our $ 750.00 for the installtion of the bead board he never installed. My mother used Mike's pump to install a pump they re-built. After only 2 years, it went out. I…read moretold them it was the pump. Here's why we're giving a 1-star: 1st - They mis-diagnosed as an electrical problem, causing us to hire an electrician ($150). 2nd - They then mis-diagnosed as a bad controller, replaced with a new one, and threw away the old one ($350) 3rd - They replaced the pump with a "rebuilt" one, which the tech said they just removed from another install. After I tried to negotiate . They Refunded the Electrician fee, but would not budge on the $350 timer (which is only $100 for identical at Home Depot). They charged $350 for the old pump as well. Highly recommend you read the other unfavorable reviews.

After they fixed " the system they said I needed additional work to have everything working right. The price was outrageous and fortunately I found a great local guy who not only fixed everything but charged me a third of what Mike's quoted me. I'd never recommend Mike's for anything. Zero stars
