The measuring team did a pretty good job although there was a couple inaccuracies that caused some issues during installation. We use our own Installer; so when the cabinets were installed, Angela didn't like to be bothered with questions or concerns. She does not like to talk on the phone and will text only which can be maddening when you are trying to troubleshoot. They sold us a pull out drawer under the kitchen sink, which could not be used because our plumbing was coming from the floor, which they knew, but still did not want to give me a refund for the unusable pull out. The wrong hood mechanics was originally ordered, when I reached out to her, she ordered another hood kit and charged me 106 more dollars. When it arrived, it was the wrong hood kit also. She will not refund me the money for either hood kit And instead of talking to me about it, she has blocked my phone number. Bob came out the same week, on time. That was my first wow moment! He put together a proposal, which included a detail list of materials, as well as 3D models showing the kitchen at many different views, and pricing was very fair. From there everything went pretty much seamless. Based on his models, I made changes to my original plan and was able to optimize my space. Their installers are top notch. Working around other contractors (this was a whole house remodel), as well as being open to working around our work schedules. I can't say enough about Bob, Robert, Kurt and of course Charlie. These guys know what they are doing, and in my opinion they under promised and over delivered. I could not be happier with my new kitchen, it's gorgeous and more than I had anticipated.
