We not getting paid or receiving any discount, but we just had a huge siding and insulation project…read moreperformed, and I highly recommend them. They were recommended to us via Pinecam (thanks). We had 4 different companies give bids for this job. GS wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. But their bid was detailed and in writing, and the guy who came out to look at the job and develop the estimate was one of the owners - not an obnoxious commissioned sales person. We had our old wood siding on our 1972 house removed, new insulation (wrap and foam) installed over the sheeting, then Hardie Board siding and trim installed. It was a huge project, but their crew was obviously experienced and careful. We watched them, and if we saw any small thing that needed attended to, they did it. All the conduit, vents, wiring, etc, were put back properly. The siding and trim were caulked, including nail holes. The windows were flashed properly and insulation wrap taped tight. They cleaned up and took care that nails, etc. were picked up around the house and drive. Oswald, the project manager, made sure we were happy, and the site managers, Edwin and Wilson, did a great job too. They had a crew of 8-10 for the first couple days, then it was 2-4 to finish up the details. It's just unusual to NOT have complaints about such a huge construction job, so shout out to them. We were picky, they were responsive and professional.
