He was very kind and was doing his best to help us. Where as the manager could use some customer service classes. She ATTEMPTED to take out order and just stopped talking to us and wouldn't respond. So we drove up and got ignored and she came outside to check and see how many cars were out there assuming she thought we had just left. She came to the window and told us our total and we told her we never finished and she just closed the window and walked away like we were such a bother. Please find a manager that doesn't hate their job or get them some customer service training.
