I get my bike serviced there, though the last time I went they took my hand grips off then put them back, expected, but the grips went from bright yellow to having a nice coating of gray dirt/grease. So that wasn't cool. If they went the extra step and actually cleaned the bike before they released it, that'd be great. Also, this last time I had to keep chasing them down to see what the status of my bike was, which was the first time this happened. Hopefully not an omen of decline, because I otherwise really like this shop.

Sure, he hit the Di2 button once and said that is extra $20 and they complained the whole time about how dirty my bike was. I was charged $65.00 and still have sound in wheel. Went to another bike store, replaced bearings for $70, fixed derailer and cleaned bike for free. Bike has no sound and rides like a new bike.

From the time I walked in to when I left, Scott Barnes helped me the entire time. Very knowledgeable guy and never tried to sell me extra stuff. He told me what I needed done first to what I could hold off on and come back over time and up grade. I'm beyond grateful and happy I now get to ride my dads bike again and go on our old trails we used to ride together. I'll definitely be back and will recommend everyone to them.
