The facility is amazing with so much to offer, including daycare! They even allow you early access to the facility an hour before business is open, and late access until midnight, even though the main part of the facility closes at 9pm. With a member key card you can continue to work out on the machines, track, and free weights until Midnight. They have a plethora of classes going all the time including spin class, Pilates, and my absolute favorite workout... Cardio Drumming!!! Mostly I have been using the Pool and have made some great friends with regulars. If I do nothing else, I at least do the pool. There is a 4 lane lap pool, a therapy pool, and a large hot tub. They even have water aerobics classes. There is literally something her for everyone! The atmosphere is chill and inviting with a sense of acceptance for everyone. I have seen people using walkers, canes, and wheelchairs to navigate the facility, and the services provided, and... that includes the pool area. They are very equipped for disabilities and special needs of all types. The cost of Membership is right on point for what they offer. Did I mention there's a complementary coffee and tea bar, dining area, and they even have nutritious meals you can opt to purchase. No cash on hand - no problems you can add it to your tab.

I have taken yoga flow with Kimmie (one of the owners) and I hate yoga. Her class was the first yoga class I have ever enjoyed! Jackie (also one of the owners) really makes me feel empowered as a woman! She constantly reminds us that we are beautiful; we are strong I have taken her Zumba toning class and tried out barre with her and wow! I had never thought that taking a class would make me more sore than lifting weights!! Angelica teaches Strong Zumba and she was actually my very first Zumba instructor years ago so I was so happy to see her! I have never had a workout with her that I was not sweating profusely. Heather teaches Zumba toning and turbo kick and I love her. I actually came to the studio because of her. I have lost 30 lbs since last August and I give her lots of credit for it. I hated working out but took her class at Knollwood country club and was hooked. No longer was I dragging my feet to do a workout! I actually look forward every day for my next class! Who knew that working out is so fun??? I really suggest trying a class or two here. Heck get that unlimited monthly deal because once you start going you are going to fall in love with all the ladies there! No one there to judge so do not worry if you have no "experience". I'm so glad I did. I felt like I understand the true meaning of yoga now. It isn't about 'turning yourself into a pretzel' as people say, its about my mind and a deeper understanding of life in general. I don't think everyone needs to have the private sessions first. There is no reason to be shy about going to this facility...there are all shapes, all sizes, men, women, young and old. This place is so welcoming that I got 2 of my friends to start coming to yoga and they love it as much as I do.

The one thing I liked about this gym was the sauna. It's the only sauna in town as far as I know. Usually it's pretty dark in there but today I dropped my water bottle and turned on my flashlight to grab it and became very DISTURBED! Nicotine packets on the wall. Black mystery substance on the floor on top of old laminate tiles that they just placed the sauna wood on top of. I'm honestly scared to come back to the sauna and that's a bummer.

It looks dirty everywhere and all the equipment is old. Hardly any cardio machines. There is a locker room, but all the lockers had locks on them because they were already in use so I had to just leave my bag under the bench which made me uncomfortable. When I went back into the locker room there were women in there taking up a lot of space, practicing their posing for a bodybuilding contest. Which is fine, but they gave me dirty looks when I had to say excuse me & walk past them to grab my bag. 95% men in there. Staring was constant. Lastly, you know when you can tell people are not all natural? That feel was abundant, for the men and women. If you're looking for that vibe, this gym is for you. I won't be going back
