I wanted something that wasn't a "sugar bomb," so I walked over from my hotel to try the Passion Dragon Smoothie. While these types of health-focused drinks aren't usually my go-to, I found this one incredibly tasty and refreshing. It had a nice bit of crunchiness to it, and the presentation in the glass with fresh mint leaves was fantastic. The outdoor seating area is lovely, with a nice breeze augmented by well-placed fans. They have clearly put a lot of effort into the landscaping and design to disguise the fact that the cafe is situated in the middle of an industrial park parking lot. The interior ambiance is equally impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. If you're in the area and looking for a high-quality, organic option that feels more like a local gem than a chain, this is a smart choice.

It was a little bit cold outside, but it's so beautiful in their outdoor seating area, we couldn't resist. We got there too late for breakfast, so my wife missed out on the Huevos Rancheros (maybe tomorrow!) but she absolutely loved the Capris Panini and her carrot/ginger/beet smoothie. She seemed happier with this breakfast than I've seen her in a long time. I really liked the Ceviche de Camaron, and I used the leftover lime juice on the plate to soak into the Smoked Salmon Wrap that I got. Our server was checking in on us frequently. We had at least a half dozen interactions with her and she was patient and helped us quickly, and she was really nice. I like to check out new places all the time, and would do so tomorrow before we catch our flight back to NYC, but we'll surely be coming here tomorrow if we're early enough to do so!

I shop this location daily and I am always satisfied with every interaction throughout the store. I have worked in the hospitality industry for MANY years. The positive energy from Vanessa and the front of house staff can be felt constantly. It's apparent that Vanessa enjoys interacting with not only the patrons, I have also observed her interactions with the team. Vanessa is a true team leader! Everyone is always very nice.

Even though I enter my phone number all the time my app shows nothing! Next I'll address the staff. The lady few visits the service had been horrible specifically at the registers. They don't say hello or thank you or bye. They talk amongst themselves when checking out. Yesterday afternoon I stopping for a few things and asked a manager about a sale item not in stock. I told her the shelf was empty. She had us walk over and said "yes, there's no more" Really?? We asked if she could check the back and when she thought they may get more. Her lack of wanting help was so obvious. The lady stocking wine was enthralled in a phone conversation on her cell phone. It's no wonder this store is empty most of the times I go. There are certain items I like to get there and honestly the staff behind the counters is great.

Three different employees saw me and didn't bother assisting until 15 minutes later. There was only one guy in front of me and no other customer in the area. Food safety is also of high concern. There was a tub of raw chicken just sitting in the middle of their work area with cooked foods surrounding it. The worker kept pushing the tub with raw meat then working on the subs without changing her gloves. If something so simple as preventing cross contamination with raw meat is difficult at this establishment, then I can't imagine what else they're being negligent with. The sandwich itself was almost inedible. The bread and chicken tasted days old and the chicken was dry and bland. Apart from the deli, the whole publix looks outdated and could really benefit from self checkout. Clearly quality is not a focus here and shopping certainly was not a pleasure.

The cashiers do not know how to use the machines, do not know how to punch in the numbers to have the machine give out the correct change. We owe it to the next generation and not allow substandard skills. It is a disservice when we normalize not knowing basic skills like reading, and arithmetic. Machines will take over these jobs because we allow it. The managers should train the employees not only to do their jobs but on customer service. I will not return to this Publix after being my store of choice since 1986.
