I waited maybe 15 minutes, paid the remaining balanced and left right before closing. However.... 20 minutes later I realized that I was missing one and I was freaking out, especially when Sundays they are closed! I called him and he was kind enough to have it ready for me later that day and have it at the shop next door to his business (BTW it was not his fault we were missing one trophy, it was from our end). Even though I was not advised of a proof charge and did not ever agree to any quoted price, I was relentless hounded for payment for the proofs. Small business buyer beware!
