They have been helpful in choosing the right products and offering options to fit what I am looking for without pushing any particular items on me. The art folks check and double-check to make sure the design is right and that it looks the way I intended it to look. If something doesn't look the best, they will work to tweak the design so it presents in the best way possible. Recently, they did about a half dozen different stitch-out options of a design because we kept feeling like it could look better. They worked until it was right.
