Richard hauled off a heavy load for us a few months ago. He was timely and made sure to gather everything for us before heading off to the landfill. He's friendly and professional. Today, he picked up an antique bedroom set we purchased at a local antique store. He treated this set as if it was his own and placed it in the room where we needed it. I made the mistake of having him meet me at the store early because the time on the website was wrong for their opening times on Sundays. It was completely my mistake. Richard was fantastic! He called me back within 3 minutes of missing my phone call. He was able to come out the next day. We had a huge pile of trash from cleaning out our garage after ten years of moving several times - cardboard, old tubs, tons of paperwork, broken items, some small baby items, old dvd cases, boxes of old electronic wiring, just a bunch of junk. Richard arrived on time and had the whole pile loaded within 25 minutes of arriving. The price was great also - it saved my husband a whole day of having to rent a truck, make two trips to the dump himself, plus fill the truck back up with gas and then return the truck.
