Wait time is short. I'm always in time for my massages and I don't wait longer than 5 mins. Phil is very professional and does a great job. They also keep the place neat, clean and smelling good for all the customers. This includes the restrooms. The receptionists would also make sure you are aware of their current promotions but not pushy to sell. I never had major problems with this branch after going here on a regular basis for more than a year. I miss this place and my Therapist.
