When shown the massage room (clean, quiet, large, and well decorated), I noticed the overhead rails. I asked, and they did back walking massage. So we did about 20 minutes of back walking, followed by 70 minutes of deep tissue. The massage itself was fantastic, and she checked with me multiple times to confirm the pressure levels. I politely asked multiple times if there was any flexibility or option to reschedule, but the woman I spoke with was dismissive, repeatedly compared their policy to an airline, and ultimately hung up on me. At no point did I raise my voice. I simply asked for help and was met with zero understanding or professionalism. In the end, they kept my 39 ClassPass credits and I received nothing in return. Very disappointing experience overall.
