Gassed up our rig went in to use the restroom and pay snacks. The cashier didn't even acknowledge us so I spoke up asking to if a key was still needed for the restrooms she finally looked up from her phone and said they're closed! I said well you're still open and we're cash paying customers so we need to use the restroom and She refused! I asked for her name and manager's name and number.
