My dudes! Maybe my favorite doner this far. Wicked flava and the "sharf" was truly spicy; a pleasant surprise. 6 tables inside, and clean. Food came out rapidly--no fuss no muss. Good eats! read more

The coffee here is finally a fresh, properly extracted roast unlike most German bakeries that use the automated machines. The cakes are light airy and fresh. Inside, the decorations are beautiful. It has a classic romantic feel. Service was attentive and friendly. Recommend an early table outside before it gets busy later in the day.

The staff is friendly and attentive and even waited to bring our espresso until we returned from the restroom to make sure it was hot when it was served! They are cheery and go the extra mile while there is a mustachioed older gentleman who seems grandfathered in to the place. Zero customer service, he responds gruffly if you ask a question. He refused me soy milk when I saw clearly there was several containers at breakfast. Also his service was painfully slow while we were the only ones in the cafe at that time. Ugh. But it's the cafe for the hotel and no other convenient option. although the pastries look good, make sure the apple strudel is Cooke well on the bottom crust ... Not my favorite experience at a five star establishment but they try to make up for blunders with small compensation and most do have a pleasant attitude to the guests. The restaurant is slow as molasses the food is well played and delicious to taste and look at. It is pricey but commensurate with the hotel status.

There is also a section of fresh breads that you can eat whole or you can cut a piece off using the bread knife. Make sure you grab some nutella and/or some of the amazing jams they have out: strawberry, raspberry, orange, sour cherry and more! The service is great as well; if you want something they don't have laid out on the buffet they can make it for you: pancakes, poached eggs etc, they will do it for you. Oh and their coffee is great and they make a bomb cappuccino =D

This was possibly one of the greatest lunches of our trip; we didn't even bother to eat dinner that night! This place is prime for the middle of lunch hour, and you can bank on NOT sitting down here. Seats are a select few, and the space is small enough to really get in, order, and get out. It's ok - we weren't offended! The menu had a lot of tempting choices, but I opted on getting the Fitness Doner and hubby got the doner wrap. The smell in here is so heavenly, that your eyes will be bigger than your stomach; hence why I bought two pieces of homemade baklava to go. My Fitness Doner platter was all business and no bread or starch anywhere. Straight up meat and lovely salad fixings to accompany it. The meat was so moist, crispy, and flavorful; I am salivating right now as I type this. The taste was so unique to kind of HALAL I have had in the States, that I was cherishing every fork full. You will experience this too, without a doubt. My husband's wrap was fully stuffed with meat and veggies with the right amount of white sauce. This place should be a MUST!

The guy at the counter was super friendly (and even gave our son a free drink while we were leaving). They are advertising that all their food is freshly prepared and I can confirm that. The counter guy told us that it would take a few minutes and then went off to prepare the dough for our dishes. He even made the flatbread for my veggie sandwich right there, fresh on the spot. It took about 2 minutes in the oven for the bread to be baked and then he filled our orders as instructed. Our son had ordered the lahmacun and mentioned that this was the best one, he had ever had in the area. I can only second that. I had the veggie sandwich and it was not only quite generous in size but also delicious. My husband loved his veggie durum as well. We will definitely be back.
