Everyone was so friendly - even the customers were in such a great mood; there was a buzz about the place. The Kouign-amann was incredible, I didn't want it to end, lol. So light and buttery with the crispy little ends. Ugh. Dangerous to live in walking distance. The lemon meringue profiterole was also delectable but I'm gonna be a kouign girl for life. Finish it with a smooooth oat milk speculoos latte and it was a gooooood morning. Bonus points for ingredients being as locally sourced as possible. You can taste the quality. Tip: park in the back Spies lot for the most direct entrance. You can also get there off the main drag if you enter through Otto & Asher - Coquette is in the back of the store.

There were many flavors of hard ice cream that is made elsewhere. I saw a sign for Dole Whip. They could have mixed it with vanilla, but I wanted straight pineapple Dole whip. They asked if I wanted an ice cream cone piece, and I said sure. I ate inside and got a couple freeze heads. It was super good. Staff were very nice. Maybe I'll try ice cream next time.

Starting from the back of the store and continuing all the way along the long wall, then down a ramp before finally ending up right here next to the register. It's over 100 feet long and it takes a good minute or so for the gumball to complete its journey. A quarter well spent and because I got a "Yellow" gumball, I won a free ice cream! Falls Bakery - Simply Outstanding!…read more Falls Bakery in Fergus Falls absolutely saved the day for me this Thanksgiving! Every year I send out about 200 packages of baked goods to my clients, and when my usual vendor fell through at the last minute, Falls Bakery stepped in without hesitation -- and they didn't just deliver... they exceeded every possible expectation. They put together the most incredible assortment of goodies: biscotti, artisan breads, cookies, granola, and even locally roasted coffee. Everything was beautifully packaged, thoughtfully curated, and -- most importantly -- absolutely delicious. My clients have been raving nonstop! Working with the team here was a dream. They were responsive, kind, flexible, and made what could've been a stressful situation incredibly easy. And despite the last-minute nature of my request, the pricing was more than fair -- truly remarkable given the quality and scale of what they produced. Falls Bakery is the definition of a top-notch local business -- talented, reliable, and genuinely wonderful partners. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for exceptional baked goods and exceptional people, this is your place. Thank you, Falls Bakery, for helping create such a special experience for my clients!

My first time here, I got an Apple Pie Latte (they offer it hot, iced, or blended, I got it hot) and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Pricing similar to a Caribou or Starbucks. Food was made very quickly, very high quality and was really tasty! I don't know where they get the croissants or is they make them themselves or what, but they were amazing, flakey and not too greasy, very fresh and warm. I'm not usually a coffee drinker, but I liked the Apple Pie Latte. I'm definitely coming back. Also, not sure their hours, but they were open at 11:15am on a Saturday in November.

We literally pulled into this wonderful place right as they were closing. We asked simply what they had left we did not expect them to make anything fresh for us at that hour... Much our surprise they had everything ready to go and we're more than happy to help us. Five stars just for that and the Survis with a smile. Now let's talk about how awesome that food was. Got the pulled pork party pack which was four sides buns and 4 pounds of pulled pork. An entire jar of their signature barbecue sauce that you get to choose from. We chose the plane as we have several Midwesterners with us who catch up seems to be a little too spicy for them :-) The end result was a delicious meal that everybody was completely satisfied with. It was fantastically delicious and can't wait to make a midnight sandwich with all the leftovers we have. Fantastic staff, fantastic food and the service was above and beyond.
