Scheduling was extremely easy and even though I was calling right before a holiday weekend, they got me on the schedule immediately. Their pricing was also very reasonable AND they had a 25% off coupon for new customers. SOLD. Wayne and Tyson showed up earlier than expected, which was wonderful, and got straight to work. I do have an exposed "lid" and (knowing zero about septic) I believed that was where it would be pumped from, but to my dismay they informed me we will needed to locate and dig up the other lid. I'm a woman home alone, panicking thinking "how are we going to find this?" - well, fortunately, experts came with the package! Wayne located my actual lid within 30 seconds of just probing the ground, and Tyson had it dug up within minutes!! The actual pumping process was very quick, and they replaced the lid and filled the hole back in, good as new. These guys are prompt, efficient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about the service they were providing. I am still no septic expert, but now I know one!

I have indisputable, timestamped video evidence of this. Yet they still added a $175 charge claiming "excessive digging time." I gave them every opportunity to correct the error. I shared the contract, the footage, and a detailed timeline. They refused to adjust the invoice, ignoring all the facts. That tells me everything I need to know about how they conduct business. If this is how they handle documented and respectful customer disputes by padding charges and refusing accountability, what else might they be inflating? If you value transparency, integrity, and fair billing, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Companies that abuse customer trust should not be allowed to operate without consequence.

Michael arrived and went to work. He was very friendly and explained all questions I tossed his way. He dug up the area at the end of the tank and found the PVC pipe leading out to be clogged so he probed for the distribution box and called in the team that dug it up. Once that happened they jetted the entrance pipes to the drain field and then replaced the distribution box and PVC pipes. The 2nd crew used the backhoe with great skill and the entire job took about 6-7 hours. If you need any septic repairs done, Absolute Septic really does the job well and are very knowledgeable at it.
