Scheduling was extremely easy and even though I was calling right before a holiday weekend, they got me on the schedule immediately. I do have an exposed "lid" and (knowing zero about septic) I believed that was where it would be pumped from, but to my dismay they informed me we will needed to locate and dig up the other lid. I'm a woman home alone, panicking thinking "how are we going to find this?" - well, fortunately, experts came with the package! Wayne located my actual lid within 30 seconds of just probing the ground, and Tyson had it dug up within minutes!!
