I had bought a new self propelled mower from Home Depot. When I get it home, it ran way too fast for me to keep up. It was more like a jogging mower. I stopped in to Small Engine Barn and spoke to the woman there. She advised me to bring it in and they would see what could be done. I know this is a busy time for them. I received a call saying my mower was ready. I was advised they were able to slow it down some and make it easier to start. They were also very reasonable charging for this service. I brought it home and tried it and it was terrific. I was able to easily start and actually walk behind it instead of running. Oh by the way, I am 75 years old. Great service and prices. They replaced my lawn tractor engine and they did a great job. Highly recommend them for repairs and maintenance. They repaired my old snow blower. After using it things did not seem right. I call the Small Engine Barn and their response was very impressive. They came out immediately, picked up the machine. They figured out what was wrong (and I think it may have been something different from the first time), made the repairs and returned quickly. Incrediable, but it gets better, they didn't charge me.
