Mr. Woods agreed with me and he has a motto that says the customer is the boss. I didn't hesitate to shop and purchase a Cub Cadet tractor from him. Buyers beware!!! My lawn tractor has not had 10 hours on it since I bought it brand new. However, A…read morefriend ran my mower deck into a stump and bent something on my tractor so it no longer cut level. I took it to these guys and gave them my girlfriends number and told them I'd be in Iraq so please call her when it's time to deliver it. This was stupid on my part because they waited a week (I even told them my ship date) and called her and told her it needed more than just the hardware to get it to cut level again. They told her "in order for it to run as it should" that it needed an air filter, fuel filter, spark plug, blades and belt. She had no way to get a hold of me and authorized the work. Because these guys are the experts right? I told them when I dropped it off what it needed and nothing else! Below is what they got me for in addition to the leveling hardware. And even had the nerve to hit me with a $9.42 credit card charge on top of my $345.00 bill!! Talk about insult to injury. They said they would have it for two weeks but it was closer to six. Labor $150.00 to instal New air filter/fuel filter Air filter $13.96 Fuel filter in-line 125 MCRN $2.42 2 46" Blades $30.14 Belt $24.73 Spark plug $3.96 Credit card service charge $9.42 I was home when they dropped it off. The lever for the mower deck is now rusted from being left outside. There are spider eggs inside the headlights and a few other new areas of rust from the weeks at this place. I was ok with the total until I saw they had switched new parts with newer parts! I called to speak to whoever could explain to me why they did so much more than I had asked. The receptionist was most helpful and very kind. She put me through to the owner who was absolutely rude and confrontational from the word go. He was so proud of himself when he told me that my girlfriend authorized the work. Shame on you for taking advantage of a woman. Looking back knowing you stood there while I said I'd be in Iraq and plotted on how you would take money out of my pocket infuriates me to no end. You sir are truly a piece of sh!t. Perhaps the next guy won't be so kind. Unfortunately all I can do is leave this review. Your greed cost you my business which would have yielded you a lot more than the $150.00 you swindled from me. I have a leaf blower that needs the carburetor rebuilt and an edger that stopped working for whatever reason. Find someone honest to work on your equipment and stay far from these guys.

I called this location about 170 miles ago, coming out of Alabama, and spoke with Jeff who told me to bring it in. Man, I tell you they got me in RIGHT away. I wasn't here more than 10 minutes before they took my truck to the back to diagnose it. They even have real Time Live feed of your truck in the shop. I ran through the parts department and into the lobby, just meandering while they work on my truck and this particular location is SUPER nice inside. They even have awards for being the best Dobss Peterbilt in the nation. Really big facility, and they have parking across the street to drop your trailer. I've already dumped about $10,000 into my truck these past 2 weeks, so hopefully this issue isn't going to cost me very much more. But great facility and great people! I was in and out of his place in about 6 hours. Jeff had inform me that the part I needed wasn't in stock at that location, and if they couldn't acquire one from the Cummins dealership or kenworth, they would have to have it sent overnight from Peterbilt in Atlanta which would mean I would be out of commission for another day or 2, as a few of the other drivers that were there have been there for a couple days because of hard to find parts...... That nearly killed me, but that's just my luck on the road. As I sat for a couple hours, I decided to order food from GrubHub. I went to my truck to get my phone charger and some utensils, and there was a tech in there finishing it up! He told me the truck was almost done and they were able to get the part! They went out of their way and went and got the part and made the repair, all the while I wasn't sure if they're able to get it! Thank you Dobbs, for great work, and service!!!
