However, this review is about the opening guy at PetSmart who so rudely addressed me because after I dropped my babies off I happened to take two steps to the right and look at what I would potentially buy when I picked them up. He did not say good morning just we can't allow you to shop before the store opens I simply glanced for a second but I will just order from a vendor. I literally had to say good morning to you as well. His reply store policy ma'am! I know the policy but there is a more polite way to address any potential buyer. Hello ma'am (simple greeting) we'd love to help you with that when we open at 9 a.m. customer service is just not what it use to be anymore.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sullivan, Britnee Pierce and all other techs that saved…read moremy dog Rico! I was a wreck and thought I was going to lose him. Dr. Sullivan gave me hope but was honest about the outcome. Britnee has a special place in her heart for pits and my Rico flirted with her his whole visit. Euthanasia was an option but Dr. Sullivan gave me hope to trust him judging off of my dogs blood work. He was right!!! Not only did he perform a successful splenectomy but it wasn't cancer!!! If it hadn't been for Dr. Sullivan taking him immediately into surgery he was confident with the internal bleeding we would've lost him. I'm forever grateful to be able to spend more time with Rico and cannot thank Oakdale Animal Hospital for saving him and me from that loss.
