I didn't have all the tools needed to take the bed apart and therefore they put dents and scratches all over my wooden floor which I have sent in and filed a claim and busted a hole in my wall. My claim for damage was file on Sept 9th no know you must do this before any repairs are done.Tom Stone the owner of this franchise came out on September 30th approved for the floor to be replaced and the wall to be repaired .Leaving a note on my table with his signature after losing three other days of work of people that they would send out to do some repairs Would never show up or call they have no one reliable to fix their repairs. So I on the walls I was told to go ahead and fix the wall with my repair guy therefore it's cost me $230 to repair the wall and paint the floor is costing me $2707.45 .They are now refusing to answer my calls and blocking my emails and text to the owner and any of the guys on College hunks junk remover team. Make sure you read other reviews about the damages and repairs not getting done.I loss 2 more days Of work fooling around with a woman that could not get down and do the floors with furniture polish and a sandblock,With her wood putty that does not feel and dry dents in the floor we're not talking about scratches.Beware of the ones that they try to send out to do the repairs not knowing are being professional floor women a handyman is not a floor guys Lisa From Trinity Nc
