Their security measures are seriously cutting edge; top notch. To sign in and out your child, the doors can only be opened by your fingerprint or personal backup pin. No joke. They really put parents minds at ease by focusing on the well being of our kids. Finally, I very much love how they make sure the kids know how much they mean to Jesus, as this is a faith based place. On a routine basis, there is a lot of yelling such as "Stop that!", "Don't do that!", and "NO!" in very harsh tones. They called me at least 4 times a week to pick them up, most of the time for something as little as a runny nose. They felt it was necessary to put that my daughter refused to apologize for hitting. She's 2. My son has autism and had a teacher specifically for him while he was in their care, he quit and I didn't find out for two weeks after my own research that my son wasn't receiving his care anymore. My son fell on their equipment and had to have his two front teeth surgically removed because of this. And they do not have interior cameras, so beware of that. In my research of this facility before I even applied for my babies to go there, I saw that they specialized in care for autism and behavioral as well as many other needs that a toddler might need. They don't do any of that.
