It's strictly drive-through, which is great and not a problem for a lot of us just traveling through. The owner is very friendly and usually can serve up a laugh with your coffee. I do know that she had an employee that was working part time that was expecting a baby so in reading the reviews there might've been a timer to perhaps she wasn't feeling well and I think we all understand that with morning, sickness, etc., but all in all The employees are very nice. Very helpful. In the summer, there are a variety of snow cones for the kids and adults alike. Absolutely a must when you are going through Montana exit 37 Saint Regis, Montana. Don't miss it.

The flavor was exactly what you would expect a mocha to be like but a hit smoother. I don't know what makes it "Copper Mountain", but I would get it again. The biscotti was good, it was made somewhere else and delivered in the package. I did not go inside so I am not sure what it is like there. I did see a couple of people go in and leave before I go up to the window, so maybe I should have gone inside.

It should have been a simple matter of paying but the woman ignored my outstretched hand with my card multiple times. She kept going to the drive-up window. She forgot what we ordered at one point (probably because she was all over the place rather than finishing our order). She never looked us in the eye. Finally she starts reading off our order and it includes the drinks and food of the two women that were ahead of us. When we correct her she then looks at us and says, "oh, you've never been here." (Not true. Was in a few days earlier and the same girl waited on me.) Meanwhile my drink has been sitting on the counter this whole time. She finally gets it all straightened out and while processing our payment then starts asking random personal question, again, never looking me in the eye. All in all, very awkward and uncomfortable experience. I gave it a shot (no pun intended), but there are better places in town in my opinion.

She even let me know that the largest size was a 32oz, so I backed down to a 24oz. I had veggie wrap and a huckleberry frappe. I took them to go. Both were great, the wrap had lots of flavor even on a regular tortilla. The huckleberry frappe hit the spot for my craving of something sweet but not too sweet.
