First time eating at one of these. Got 2 sliders with a fry. $9 and change. Solid burgers but nothing special. They were relatively fast for them being slammed and they were hot and fresh. The fries were like a combination between CFA waffle and Arby's Curly (seasoning and texture especially). I enjoyed them but didn't love them. Service in the Drive Thru was fast and efficient. You get free queso with signing up for the app, which we didn't opt to use on this trip but will when we return. read more

We ordered online yesterday at 5pm for pickup at 5:45pm-6:00pm. Well when my daughter got there about 5:50pm the online ordered stated completed. But she didn't actually get our food until 6:47pm. Confirmed by her text saying she had just got the food. Now she gets home with the food and I asked where are the drinks? She said they didn't give me any drinks. Of course being a young person she didn't ask any questions just took the order as they gave it to her. So I send her back with the paper receipt they printed. When she gets there they ask what where the drinks and fixed them but no effort to make anything right, offer a free small next time, even this she wouldn't have taken it. Now finally for the food. The smalls are good, the smauce is good. I prefer lettuce and tomato on a burger but it was ok. If I want a small burger I will continue on with Krystal's, but they weren't bad and would be worth eating again if they can learn to cook a burger faster than 2 hours. Especially since that's all they cook ‍. They need better management and staff training. This is ridiculous the amount of time you wait for a burger. The menu isn't expansive so they should be cooking burgers non stop and frying fries non stop. Besides the milk shakes I can't think of anything that should make them this slow. The burger is worth a 15 minute wait... maybe. But to place an online order get there when they say it's completed, then to be told there were only 4 orders ahead of you and to wait another HOUR! Is ridiculous. I won't be back anything soon. read more

This was my 2nd trip to try the sliders. The first trip didn't go as planned. I was disappointed that I couldn't get onions or tomatoes on the Hamburger/slider. Lettuce is also not available per the person taking the order. He didn't tell me about the special sauce as we ordered (from an employee outside) which I could have done without. The slider was good, but without onions I don't know if I'll return. Overall not bad and I'm sure most people would enjoy the small burger. read more

I'm giving this a 3 star because the little over priced sliders are good. Greasy yes but a good burger always is, so overall a 3. Which would be mathematically an average between 2 and 4. 4 for the burger which would be a 5 if not for the price and a 2 for the service which is ridiculous. The wait time is crazy for something so simple. The only thing that makes this a 2 instead of a 1 is the employees who are very nice. Burgers here are great. Be prepared to wait. The drive through line is long. There is a walk up window on the other side of the building if directions bring you to the drive through side. The is zero ambiance which isn't a factor for this place as it appears the place is made from shipping containers. The fat boy in me also added queso to my fries. The fries are delicious on their own though. I think if this place had extra grills and a way to observe traffic to determine how much food to cook, I would give it the remaining star. Everything is cooked to order. I did have one small struggle with getting no cheese but I think it was a timing issue as I waiting to the end of my order and the cashier mentioned she sent the order back already. read more

Not worth the wait. After waiting in line for 30 minutes the cashier hands me a a runny milkshake not even filled up completely. When I hand it back to her and tell her it's not full and looks like it's been sitting a minute, she put the same cup back to the milkshake machine and adds a little more ice cream and remixes it...isn't that against some type of health department rules of contamination?! That wouldn't have been so bad but when I ask her to make me a new one because that one was still like milk she gets an attitude and slams the window shut. Now the window remained opened while she was fixing the messed up shake that she had given earlier and when she took my money. The fries on one order were cold. The sliders were warm not hot for the 30 minutes wait. Customer service gets a zero star. read more
