The food is excellent at Jersey Mike's - always fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the food is not good enough to deal with this location as it just is not efficient at all. The staff does not know how to correctly handle online orders and the pick up line is ignored in favor for line customers. Other customers in the line with me noticed how customers who orders after us would receive their sandwich first, and the staff did not see anything wrong with this. The store was clean and some employees seemed overly stressed due to the increasing number of non-engaged customers in the store. Took a LONG time to deliver. Skimpy on the veg and cheese even though I ordered extra on my Philly mushroom bowl. Was not hot.

There were 4 employees working when we visited. They were all nice, so good customer service is clearly a thing here. With that said, they were a bit too talkative and none of them had on masks. I debated eating there, but lack of masks is a constant and unfortunate thing in Mississippi. I also didn't like the fact that so many hands (although gloved) were touching the sandwiches. It took 3 people to make the sandwich. I was extremely disappointed in the food. The ingredients appeared to be low quality. I ordered the #9 Club Supreme. The roast beef and turkey tasted like water, no taste at all. My sandwich was dressed with almost everything and the only thing I tasted was the bacon. The bread was hard and not good either. I ate less than half of my 7 inch sandwich and threw the rest away. The other guest did the same. First off, it pains me to write this review because I love their sandwiches but I just can't spend my money here anymore. Every time I order from here there's something wrong. I just got my delivery where I order two sandwiches. My wife gets the jersey shore favorite, It's perfect every time, and I usually get the chicken bacon ranch but decided to step out and get the portobello cheese steak. I order it with extra meat. I start eating and I'm like this tastes weird and it doesn't seem like extra meat. Not only is it not extra meat but there's no meat at all! Lol what the shit? It's all portobellos, peppers and onions. So lame. A time before that I ordered a giant sandwich and they sent me a regular and before that their pos system crashed while I was paying and got double charged. Dude assured me it didn't go through but it did. (I will say if I made them aware of the error they do fix it or refund me but I'm just tired of the hassle.) This is the second time I have ordered ahead from this location to walk in and my receipt be sitting on the counter. My food not ready and they tell me it will be a minute. Keep in mind I've shown up at the time it said it would be ready which is 30 minutes after placing the order so then they start waiting on everyone in line and I wait another 30 minutes for them to finish, all while they are dancing and singing to the song on the radio and making comments about me being upset. If I could leave zero stars, I would. There were eight employees working. EIGHT. The whole time we were in there they were standing around talking and joking around. My husband and I were the only customers due to Covid-19. They were not busy. They finished making our sandwiches and put them on the shelf while we waited to be checked out. I asked them to check me out and finally a woman came over rang us up and then walked away to talk about her cats before finishing the transaction. All the while the 5 of the other employees continued to joke around and one stood in front of the register messing with other orders and dropping one. I love Jersey Mike's! My go to is the philly cheese steak! In my opinion it is the best cheese steak in town. The bread here is amazing--fluffy, not too thick, not dry. Jersey Mike's rises above other sandwich joints in my eyes.
