Fast food, friendly service, ha what a joke! I walked in and although it's not busy there's a line of people waiting to order with no one behind the counter. Back in the back there's some kind of loud argument going on. There's a full solid divider between the customer area and the kitchen area. Today we were doing some home projects and cooking dinner was not an option. My wife suggested McDonalds, so I hopped in the car and went. Was looking optimistic as only 1 car at window and 1 truck at speaker, 25 minutes later the truck moved up to the window. My turn, 10 piece nugget with coke, spicy chicken sandwich cheese and kechuo only, double Quarter ponder meal. Waited another 10 minutes for truck to get food while no one ever showed up at pay window. I went to pickup window and the girl was very nice and attentive asked for drink holder, ketchup, dipping sauces, and napkin. she was very respectful and professional. The food arrived with a total onsite time of around 40 minutes. At home we discovered the chicken sandwich was DRENCHED in some kind of orange sauce. The double quarter pounder was a single quarter pounder and covered in Mayonnaise of all thing. I don't recall mayonnaise ever being on a quarter pounder befoRe and the icing on the cake is the single patty was raw. Going to this location is the definition of insanit. DOING THE SAME THING AND EXPECTING A DIFFERENT OUTCOME. $28 down the toilet. The worst McDonald's in the area. My wife always sends me to other McDonald's that are farther away. They consistently get your order wrong and are out of something. (Ice cream machine down everyday) Food is not made as advertised. Today was no different. I ordered a sausage McGriddle on the app for pick up in the drive thru. Got there and the line is not moving. Staff working the drive thru never said anything so I drove to the window. It's 10:00a.m. and the lady working the drive thru told me the only thing they had were sausage biscuits and McGriddles! Wow!!!!! NEVER FAILS!!!! Breakfast ends at 10:30, I think they just didn't want to make anything else! District Manager, Owners this can't be the level of service / competence you want or expect! I live right up the road on the Rez and sometimes I just don't feel like cooking so I doordash something "quick" throughout all of my time living here I have tried this place twice. The first time I ordered me a meal, my wife a meal, and my daughter a happy meal. They completely left out my wife's entire order. This is probably the absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Every single time I go I have some kind of issue. Either my order is wrong, I get someone else's order, the food is cold or they forget to give me the condiments i request or even a straw for soda. Last time they forgot to put cream in my coffee, even though it was on the receipt. In addition I would say 50% of the time I go thru the drive-tru I am asked to pull aside because my order is not ready. The inside of the restaurant is filthy and smells and the bathrooms are disgusting. There are bugs flying around the soda machines and the Ice had black stuff in it. Went to this location yesterday for dinner will NOT be back....First off asked for a mango smoothie machine was supposedly down. Ordered Big Mac with no lettuce or pickle add extra onions and ketchup was handed the wrong order! This place is actually the WORST! I've been here 3 times since moving to Brandon and my order had been wrong. Every. Single. Time. I ordered a hot fudge sundae..they didn't put any fudge on it. Few weeks later, decided to treat my husband and I to some milkshakes and fries. The fries were cold and soggy and the milkshakes were wrong. I ordered two strawberry shakes. I received vanilla. I stuck my straw in and tasted it. Vanilla. Told this to her and she said I was wrong..argued with me about letting the machine run to allow the ice cream and the strawberry sauce to mix. This is the worst McDonald's ever and should be shut down. I have to go every morning for my elderly mother who always has to have her McDonald's sausage biscuit for breakfast. Every morning I sit 30+ minutes in a drive thru line that has just had a few cars in it. When I finally get up to order, I am either ignored for up to 10 minutes or told to wait a second which turns into 3-5 minutes. McDonald's is supposed to be fast food. I haven't eaten at McDonalds in several years. Due to the recent Big Mac commercials I decided to try out the McDonald's drivethru on spillway road. Unfortunately, I had not missed anything and I will not go back. The Big Mac was atrocious the center bread slice was old and stale tasting the meat patties cold and dry. The only decent tasting tidbit was the secret sauce on the lettuce shreds. The fries were cold and stale. The kids meal hamburger with ketchup and pickle only - in addition to the ketchup and pickle it contained onions and cheese. The Cole, sprite, and Dr Pepper were flat. In order to save on costs not only do you have to ask for condiments you must ask for napkins. I guess we were lucky to get straws with out asking. I've eaten here several times and finally decided I was risking my life, so I won't be going back. If for some reason you do decide to eat here you absolutely MUST thoroughly inspect your food. I am amazed this place hasn't been shut down. One time I ordered the fish-filet, opened it up, got ready to take a bite and there was a layer of grit and dirt on the bun and fish. Apparently they drop completed food on the floor and have no problem with serving it. I'm just glad I was in a lighted area and saw it. I love getting me some fresh McD's! It is the best fast food chain I have ever witnessed! When ever my eyes see that big M of McDonalds my stomach burst in happiness. Whenever I'm in a bad mood my McDon Dons fixes it. The workers there know me by name and are always there to help. Whenever I need a sauce, napkins, or etc.. they get it to me with a smile on their face. McDonalds has a wonderful dining area that is very luxurious and has very wonderful signs such as the Delicious Burger sign that brightens my day. So, whenever your tummy starts to rumble, roll on into the McDonalds and get you a number 1 and it will all be great! Took my two grandchildren to this McDonalds to eat around 5:15 pm Saturday. There was one person in front of me finishing their order. I placed my order next - 2 Happy Meals and a cheeseburger. It was 15 minutes later, and after about four other customers, that I asked them why the delay. The person told me they were short (on staff). I saw five people behind the counter, but they were more focused on the drive-in window. Another 6 minutes went by with no food, so I asked for a refund, which I got, then we left. read more
