She had Mrs. Lloyd as her Teacher and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about her. The Director, Mrs. De Haro is also amazing. Everyone is so friendly and warm and they really do love their kiddos. They communicate with the parents very well. You can always reach out to Mrs. Lloyd or De Haro and they always get back to you pretty quickly. They have a few events during the school year like field trips and parties. The only downside are their hours and that is only because I work full time. BUT, from what I understand, they will be extending their hours before and after school if you want to pay the additional fee. Honestly, they are the best school I have ever experienced and we are so sad to be leaving.

My son is still in the process of potty training- he has accidents from time to time which is normal for his age. I was assured that it wouldn't be an issue with the class he was entering, and that the teachers would help remind him to go. Instead of giving him a new pullup before or after nap, or even at any point in the day, my son sat in the same one I dropped him off in. I brought it to the attention of the director, who assured me it would be rectified in short order. Instead, on Friday my son came home with a rash all over his private parts and booty because they'd left him in a swim diaper FOR 8 HOURS. I contacted the director who told me we could move him to a lower class, and no real explanation as to why this issue was continuing. If it continues, I will be removing my child from the school. Edited to add update: Bailey actually responded really well with the situation. Most of my issues were resolved because of her swift action at fixing the problem.

It was immediately clear that the owners have a strong on-site presence and have built a supportive, collaborative leadership team. You can truly feel that the staff support one another--and most importantly, that they are deeply dedicated to childcare. We were so impressed that we didn't hesitate to register our daughter right away. While the cameras definitely provide peace of mind, what I appreciate most is knowing that every staff member is actively involved in my child's care. It feels personal, attentive, and intentional. If you're on the fence about choosing Kiddie Academy of Rockwall, don't be--go for it. Zero regrets for our family. We're so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our daughter.

As a first time Mom, I did a lot of research on local schools and narrowed it down to 4 schools I wanted to tour. Miss Priscilla, Woodbridge Executive Director, gave me the tour at Woodbridge and there was no question afterwards on where I wanted my son to attend. I point this out because while I toured other schools that appeared to have good programs, I did not meet anyone like Miss Priscilla. She was kind, energetic, and made me feel like my son would be safe. Miss Becky is their Program Director and she is equally amazing. She was always there to help no matter what question I had. I ended up transferring my son to another school last month, so he can learn Spanish. It was not an easy decision to pull him out of Woodbridge. In addition to Miss Priscilla and Miss Becky, there are so many special teachers who made me feel like they really did care about my son. I could not have asked for a better school or experience for my family. I highly recommend Woodbridge!
