So we thought a private school you usually pay for better schooling than public school.. but boy were we wrong. So imagine you're a four year old boy trying to communicate and learn and the teacher constantly put him into the office over and over for "acting out" instead of a teacher being patient and helping him. The school decided to kick him out of prek.. First note home was he doesn't talk as well as others... (we already mentioned this from the get go) how does a school say on their website they help the whole child yet they turned away our son. Not only did that make us feel like complete failures as parents though we did everything we could to help him. They didn't even talk to us about options on how to help him it was lets just pack up his stuff and get rid of him without a second thought. And write another note on everything our son "can't do" How can someone call themselves a private school and say they help children and turn them away the next. No notice or anything. The Quran and the Bible carry a common message: a good person helps people who need support. My experience at this center showed me the meaning of kindness and support. I am a resident of Wylie, and I needed observation hours for my bachelor's degree in education. I needed to complete my hours in Wylie because it was summer break, my children were at home, and I also needed to help take care of my elderly mother. I contacted many centers in Wylie and asked if I could complete my observation hours there. Unfortunately, some places did not give me an opportunity after they learned that I am Muslim. Then I contacted Kids Unlimited Early Care and Education and asked if I could observe at their center during July 2026. The Director, Ms. Vanessa Arce, welcomed me and treated me with kindness and respect. She completed my background check, and after everything was approved, she allowed me to complete my observation hours at the center. From my first day there, I felt welcomed. I saw how the teachers cared for the children, how the center was organized, and how much attention was given to creating a safe and positive environment for children. The center even has an indoor playground, which I thought was wonderful for the children. I promised myself that I would write a review so that other people could know about my experience. Ms. Vanessa Arce showed me that kindness and understanding can make a big difference in someone's life. At a time when I was having difficulty finding a place to complete my required hours, she gave me an opportunity and treated me with respect. I would encourage parents to look beyond just the services a childcare center provides. Before choosing a center, I believe it is important to learn about how the center treats families, teachers, children, and the community. I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Vanessa Arce, Center Director, for welcoming me, supporting me, and allowing me to complete my observation hours at Kids Unlimited. They invest time and effort in training new teachers the right way. They have a talented team of veteran teachers. Quality of food, crafts, extracurriculars have all been amazing. We look forward to all the special guests and events. There is a true sense of community and compassion for their families. Staff are all happy and friendly. We will miss them so much! Mrs. Kirstin, Mrs. Terrye and Ms. Kelly have prepared my son for Kindergarten. I am sharing our experience with PWSOW in 2024 to inform other families. During our time there, my…read morechild suffered several injuries, including a deep cut, bite marks, and a chipped tooth. When we raised these concerns with the school, we did not feel they were addressed appropriately. Additionally, we observed that the front office staff, particularly Karla, did not greet us as they did with other parents, and the teachers were often unwelcoming. On multiple occasions, our daughter was sent home in soiled clothing. We ultimately decided to withdraw our child from the school. Upon leaving, we were escorted out by Karla without any acknowledgment or thanks. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this school to families of color. We hope sharing our story helps others make an informed decision. We were also paying over $350 per week for tuition which is insane.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with smiles and warm energy. Mrs. Kristy and Mrs. Lindsey at the front desk start our mornings off right with a cheerful "Good Morning!" that sets the tone for the day. Mrs. Natasha is incredibly soft-spoken, kind, and wonderfully communicative--her calm presence is so reassuring. We enrolled our son last school year, and he absolutely loves it. He runs into the building every morning full of excitement and comes home happy and full of stories. He gets to do fun projects during the school year, and now that he's in summer camp, he's going on awesome field trips that he truly enjoys. After having more than my fair share of bad experiences with childcare in the past--some of which left me with a bit of PTSD--I can confidently say that Children's Park has given me peace of mind. I know they're watching over my little guy, keeping him safe, and helping him grow into his best self. If you're looking for a daycare where your child is truly cared for and you can feel confident and comfortable every time you drop them off, Children's Park is the place to be.
