My older two have always done great but my little one has been apprehensive. Today we went for cleanings and the hygienist (really wish I remembered her name) was so sweet and patient with my youngest. She literally sang her a song during her cleaning. At the end of the appointment my little one was happy and so proud of herself. What a relief! Dr. Kwon always does a thorough check at the end and gives helps suggestions for at-home care. Me and my kids love it there, we highly recommend it. Thank you! Side note: we had to reschedule a few weeks back, it was last minute, morning of, and they were completely understanding & did not charge any fees.

They did x-rays and discovered an infection in my bone under a crown. I asked for an antibiotic since I have not been feeling well because of this. The dentist refused to give me an antibiotic. He said the antibiotic would not reach the infection and that he would give me one when the tooth was extracted. The next appointment for the tooth extraction was 6 weeks later. Then when I checked out I was overcharged nearly $100. I called my dental insurance when I got home and they said I should have paid $42 instead of $136.40. I only owed $42 because they took 3 extra x-rays after already taking a full set. I am never going back there and am waiting to be refunded. I went to a new dentist on Wednesday who took one extra of the infected tooth, prescribed an antibiotic and will extract the tooth in a few days.​

From Diana who did my registration paperwork to the nurses (Jennifer, TRICIA, and Wanda), to the nurse anesthetist (Maria) to the anesthetist (Dr. Lay) - everyone made me feel SO COMFORTABLE. I've also been the breast center and the women's center this year. I was in and out of both appointments really quickly. I truly can't say enough about the outpatient surgery process, though. It was extremely comfortable and pleasant and everyone was sickeningly nice.
