Tonight I had planned to do outdoor yoga with my friend but the yoga instructor didn't show up. My friend is a regular member here so she suggested we head to Smart Barre and since it was on my CP and available I quickly signed up and we headed over. I hadn't done a class there in a long time. I did a Pilates class elsewhere earlier in the day and after taking this class made me wonder why I don't come here more often. Great workout! The place isn't as high energy or difficult as what I'm accustomed to, but everyone was friendly and I still had some soreness afterward. I think this is a great place if you are looking for low impact, mellow exercise in a nonjudgmental environment. In my opinion, this place is great for those new to working out or those who want to add a little variety into their workout routine. The $5.00 sale bin that was available at the time was exciting because workout attire never comes that cheap!
