There were some issues early on with 24-hour access, and staff seemed unsure how to resolve them at the time, but those have since been worked out. I haven't used the kids club, so I can't speak to that.

We currently just noticed extra charges on our account started looking back last three months and…read moreapparently the manager there who is no longer with the company forged our signature on three personal training contracts , we have the contract and the sighted on them are not ours , they have stopped the charges but are refusing to refund our cash that they over charged us , I was told they also fired the regional manager and the district manager. I'm heading down to my bank tomorrow with the contracts and proof of the fraudulent signatures! We're gonna finish out our contract here, but I do not recommend this Gym at all

The monthly fee is ridiculously cheap for a gym, especially with all the classes, childcare, equipment and good machines. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because they either need better fans or AC in the fitness class area. It gets super hot in warm weather, almost to the point of not being able to work out. If you love Zumba, Jennifer is the most amazing teacher! I go to her class every week and always enjoy it!

The equipment may be a little old but very functional. Cleaning supplies are all around with paper towels and spray adequately stocked. Staff are very helpful and friendly. There's always someone ready at the front desk to promptly greet and assist. No one is pushy or trying to sell you coaching/personal trainer lessons unlike some of the other gyms that seem to leap at that first site of a new member. The sauna is one of my favorites as a pre-work out or post work out. Most of the time, the heat is sufficient and I'm adequately drenched in sweat. Feedback I have would to be 1) include paper towels in restroom 2) include clock in sauna 3) have some extra moveable benches so they can be used with the cable machines.

The membership fee for the first month is prorated to Dec 17th, a $1 start up fee is charged, and the first full monthy membership fee is due on Jan 17, next payment is due Feb 17th plus the annual $49 maintenance fee. I have to use my checking account number for the monthly membership and maintenance fee debits? I dont like automatic deductions from my checking account. Are there any alternatives?
