However, I know EōS is really quick on getting their equipment fixed.

Instead of being welcomed, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes just to have my pass "activated." When someone finally came over (Zach), I was told I couldn't use the pass because my ID still listed my old address in Grapevine--20 miles away. Rather than simply verifying at the door and letting me work out, I was hit with an immediate, canned sales pitch. No effort to listen, no discovery questions, no interest in what I was actually looking for--just a pushy attempt to close a sale. It felt like classic bait-and-switch: offer a trial pass, then refuse to honor it and pivot straight into selling a membership. This is unprofessional, a waste of time, and the opposite of good customer service. I came in fully intending to sign up after trying the gym. Instead, I left disappointed. Please invest in properly training your staff--this is a people business, not just a sales quota.

The monthly fee is ridiculously cheap for a gym, especially with all the classes, childcare, equipment and good machines. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because they either need better fans or AC in the fitness class area. It gets super hot in warm weather, almost to the point of not being able to work out. If you love Zumba, Jennifer is the most amazing teacher! I go to her class every week and always enjoy it!

During my initial sign up, this was NOT mentioned me. It was not until I asked about any annual fees, that is was brought to light. The woman attendant was a little taken back that I even knew to ask that question .I thought that was pretty funny. Overall, I would have much rather been paying $20 a month for the original larger facility, and amenities, HOWEVER I do still enjoy this gym and recommend it to any one in the area looking to stay active and fit! NOTE TO BUSINESS OWNER : The ladies working the front desk, especially the one with short hair, need to learn how to say " Have a great day " or something of that nature to customers that are leaving , instead of giving them dirty looks the entire time.

The equipment may be a little old but very functional. Cleaning supplies are all around with paper towels and spray adequately stocked. Staff are very helpful and friendly. There's always someone ready at the front desk to promptly greet and assist. No one is pushy or trying to sell you coaching/personal trainer lessons unlike some of the other gyms that seem to leap at that first site of a new member. The sauna is one of my favorites as a pre-work out or post work out. Most of the time, the heat is sufficient and I'm adequately drenched in sweat. Feedback I have would to be 1) include paper towels in restroom 2) include clock in sauna 3) have some extra moveable benches so they can be used with the cable machines.

The membership fee for the first month is prorated to Dec 17th, a $1 start up fee is charged, and the first full monthy membership fee is due on Jan 17, next payment is due Feb 17th plus the annual $49 maintenance fee. I have to use my checking account number for the monthly membership and maintenance fee debits? I dont like automatic deductions from my checking account. Are there any alternatives?
